Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges


To be eligible for a refund or exchange for any product that you purchased from EZ-Vape, you must return the product to us within 30 days after the date of purchase.  Claims for refunds or exchanges submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase will be denied.


In addition, to be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your purchased product must be returned to us unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in.


EZ-Vape does not offer refunds or exchanges on any consumable products, such as E-juice, coils or pre-filled pods, unless those products are found to be defective upon purchase or have been recalled.  


If seeking a refund or exchange in relation to any damaged or defective product, in addition to returning the product to us in accordance with this Policy, you must send us video evidence clearly showing the damage, defect or malfunction in the product within 30 days after the date of purchase.  If the product was damaged during shipping to you, you must notify us and send us video evidence of the damage within 24 hours after your receipt of delivery of the product, and return the product to us within 30 days after the date of purchase.


We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products that are damaged during use or from your own handling.


To complete your refund or exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase for your returned product.  Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as your original purchase.


Please do not claim refunds or exchanges from, or send your purchased products back to, the manufacturer of the purchased product.

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your purchased product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance from the shipping service. We cannot offer any guarantee or assurance whatsoever that any returned products shipped to us using third party shipping services will, in fact, be received by us.  All shipping of returns is at your own risk and expense.


For any exchanged product, you will be required to pay all shipping costs for us to ship the replacement product to you.  These shipping costs are non-refundable as well.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
